European cookies available in Burlington, Vermont. Dasha Zentrichova, owner of Bohemian cookies and pastry has been baking  for over 20 years in her home in Burlington, Vermont.  She uses local ingredients as King Arthur flour or Cabot butter to bake authentic European cookies, cakes, pastries, tarts and roulades in the Czech (or oldfashionedly Bohemian)  tradition. And they look truly bohemian.
